About us
Our mission is clear with purpose – to get more people moving again because most people have become too sedentary in the world’s most comfortable time ever in the history of mankind – the 21st century!
We have been seduced by the modern world to make our lives easier and easier…but at the cost of our health. We have created an unhealthy environment around us and it is time to take your life back – to extend health span and not be another victim of the 21st century comfort world: a shortened lifespan or an extended lifespan living unwell without quality of life.

Dr David Cook
Research
David has been a long time friend of Neil’s ( founder), and it was an easy choice to ask David to be an integral cog of research.
David and Neil ran the High Performance Fitness Academy (RTA organisation), and assisted students towards their Cert 3 and Cert 4 fitness qualifications.
David has actively participated in sport and training for his entire life, which has involved hockey, cricket, AFL, cross-country, squash, and in the latter half of his life resistance-based training. He has written numerous articles for Australian Ironman magazine, ran his own personal training business and after completing his Workplace Assessor Training was qualified to teach, train and issue certificates III and IV in Fitness. David has a Doctorate in Zoology and reads widely across topics that include training methodologies, sports-based supplements, physiological response to training modalities, nutrition, and health and fitness in general with a critical eye on evidence-based research findings.
